We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of educators, school administrators, and academic institutions. We never sell, rent, or monetize your private examination questions, student assessment content, or school credentials to third parties or advertising brokers.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Authentication Information: When you register an account, we collect your full name, school or institutional affiliation, email address, encrypted authentication hashes, and role credentials managed securely via Supabase Auth.
• Assessment & Blueprint Data: Any question papers, custom question items, school logos, exam instructions, marking schemes, and blueprints created or assembled within the studio are stored in private database partitions guarded by Row Level Security (RLS).
• Payment & Billing Information: When you unlock an exam paper or purchase credits, our third-party payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited, processes payment credentials. We do NOT store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. We receive and record only verified transaction references, order IDs, timestamps, payment amounts, and GST billing identifiers.
• Technical Log Data: We may collect standard browser metadata, IP addresses, session cookies, and cryptographic access tokens necessary for maintaining secure authentication sessions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data solely for legitimate business operations:

• To authenticate and authorize educator access to confidential examination studios;
• To generate vector-grade physical A4 PDF print files and render board-compliant typography;
• To verify promotional coupon discounts and compute GST-compliant tax invoices;
• To prevent fraudulent access, unauthorized scraping, or abuse of the assessment platform;
• To communicate service announcements, security alerts, and customer support resolutions.

4. Payment Processing & Security (Razorpay)

Online transactions conducted on kwesh.in are encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL). Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, which adheres strictly to PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

5. Data Retention & User Rights

Your examination drafts, question vaults, and invoices are retained as long as your account remains active. You maintain the right to:

• Review and export your question papers and financial invoices at any time;
• Request deletion of your account and associated confidential drafts;
• Opt out of promotional communications.
